CES provided engineering and construction inspection services under the Capital Development division of Port Miami for this Program Management Consultant Services contract. The services included project management, engineering design, cost estimating, scheduling, miscellaneous engineering evaluations, and construction inspection. CES services included the following: 

• Project management and engineering services for a Port Wide stormwater cleaning and repair project. 
• Project management and engineering design for a Port wide sanitary sewer evaluation and repair project. 
• Project management, engineering design cost estimating, and scheduling for a Port wide miscellaneous pavement contract. 
• Project Management engineering services and construction inspection for a Cruise side water filling station project. 
• Analysis and evaluation of the water main Port Miami/WASD Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 
• Engineering evaluation and recommendation for the Gantry Crane Rail project during construction. 
• Construction inspection of the Cruise side runway installation. 
• Cost estimating, engineering services, and construction inspection of the Port wide seawall washout repair. 
• Construction inspection of the cruise side emergency seawall repair. 
• Engineering review and construction inspection of Cruise Terminal B. 
• Assistance in conceptual design for Terminal V expansion.
