Following Tropical Storm Fay, CES managed and monitored the Tree Damage Assessments for the City of Jacksonville. CES also completed a program for the City of Jacksonville as a result of the storm, and has remained knowledgeable of and up-to-date on all FEMA regulations and procedures in regards to leaner and hangar tree removal, stump eligibility, and debris response initiatives. With the use of a comprehensive Data Management Tool, CES was able to collectively track field operations in real-time. CES developed operational processes for all assigned functions, along with specific field monitoring customer relation standards and procedures.
Through the use of GPS data collection, field reports, digital photos, and tracking boards, CES was able to respond to major issues impacting City officials and residents; track customer complaints; and direct responsive actions. The project management team is skilled at providing oversight of field operations and FEMA eligibility.
CES also provided a customized database to meet the City’s specification in compliance with FEMA. With a range of reporting capabilities, the City can now track parcel and tree removal data with ease. The database also serves as a tool to archive completed forms, reports, field tickets, and photos.
