CES was founded in 2001 by Rudy M.
Ortiz, PE, CGC.

After working in the engineering space for years in New York and South Florida, Rudy wanted to offer and do more. He always dreamed of starting his own full-service engineering and construction company that focused on delivering results, offering impeccable service, and creating an inclusive environment that welcomes all and fosters creativity and innovation. His vision became reality when CES was built from the ground up. 

Since then, CES has grown significantly and have been involved in some of the largest and most innovative, infrastructure improvement projects in Florida, New York and beyond. 

Today, our incredible team of 110+ professionals (and growing) have delivered a multitude of successful projects and continue to amass a consistent and proven record of excellent performance.
