CES has been selected to provide Continuing Civil Engineering Services in the areas of Roadway, Stormwater, and Drainage Design and Modeling to the Village of Key Biscayne for the next three years! This is our first contact with the Village, and we look forward to supporting our community in the implementation of its Complete Streets resiliency program to improve aging infrastructure, to address sea level rise and flooding, and to provide residents with a multimodal network that gets them doing the things they love through VKB’s GO Bond program.
